Swedish support to the Lithuanian army

The collection of Military Equipment of Vytautas the Great War Museum contains a total of 48 museum items, which were obtained from Sweden and were used by Lithuanian soldiers. Sweden has made a significant contribution towards modernization of Lithuanian Armed Forces. First time Sweden handed over its military equipment in 1993 and with the help of Swedish armed forces both countries became equal partners in Europe’s defense.
