The folk art treasures – collection of Vincė Januškaitė-Zaunienė

This virtual exhibiotion is devoted to the 2015th year theme of Lithuanian museum way - "The beauty of folk art". It represents a valuable gift of Giedrė Zauniūtė. She presented a collection of her mother, famous interwar Lithuanian opera singer (mezzo-soprano) Vincė Jonuškaitė-Zaunienė (1901-1997), to the Vytautas the Great War history museum in 2001. The collection consists of 30 pieces ethnic women clothes from various Lithuanian ethnographic regions.
